Inspired by all the nice comments I got on Facebook yesterday about my skirt, I started blocking it today! I like to do a full immersion wash before blocking my cotton blend garments so it is still very wet. I don’t think I will be able to wear it until the weekend. If the weather cooperates, I will give it a spin in the real world.
I wanted to share something cool that I got recently. My cousin, Nadja is a metalsmith and her husband James works with glass. She shared a post of his recently about a sale he was having, including photos of the vortex glass pendants he makes. I am a big fan of glass so I asked about them and she sent me one!
