Again, a food post. Bear with me, please.
Today I turned the chicken stock from two days ago into matzo ball soup. After much discussion on my Facebook page and some consultation with experts I decided to simmer carrots and celery in the broth and cook the matzo balls in salted water. The timing worked out perfectly. For the oil in the matzo balls I used coconut oil. Everything was delicious!
